Here’s a breakdown of what the experience looks like—from our initial call to planning and beyond.

After you fill out the inquiry form, we’ll set up a quick FaceTime or Zoom call. It’s a relaxed chat to get to know each other, hear about your plans, and see if we’re the right fit.

Once we’ve had our call, I’ll send over a contract, an invoice for the deposit to lock in your date, & a questionnaire so I can get to know your vision even better. All bookings are finalized on a first come, first serve basis. Your booking isn’t officially complete until the contract is signed & deposit is paid. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions as you fill everything out!

Based on your questionnaire responses, I’ll create a Pinterest inspo board for you. This helps us get on the same page about the look & feel of your photos, making sure you end up with a gallery that really reflects who you are & the vibe you’re going for.
I’ll be sending it to you soon, so no need to worry about checking in. If you have your own inspo board, I’d love to see it—collaboration is always a plus! But if you’d rather leave it to me, that’s totally fine too.

This is your day! I’ll be there to capture every beautiful, cinematic moment, making sure you feel relaxed & supported the entire time.
Need coffee? I’ll grab it. Want a glass of champagne while you’re getting ready? Consider it done. I’ll fix your dress if it’s crooked, let you know if your hair needs adjusting, & keep an eye on your makeup. Me & my team are here to make sure you’re completely taken care of so you can enjoy every moment.
That said, we’re not mind-readers, so please don’t hesitate to ask for anything you need. We literally couldn’t be happier to help in whatever way we can!

Within a few days of your event, you’ll receive sneak peeks of your photos. These will feature some of my favorite moments from our time together & give you a preview of what’s to come.

Your full, edited gallery will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. I’ll send you a link to access all your photos, which you can download, share with friends & family, & obsess over.

I don’t include travel fees in my packages because every couple’s day is different. Instead, I give custom ranges based on what’s needed to get me there—no more, no less. That way, you’re only paying for what’s necessary. Plus, I’ve traveled a ton, so I know how to keep costs as low as possible.

I believe the best photos are the ones that feel natural & true to your story—not overly posed or out of place. That’s why I take a story-based, activity-focused approach to capturing your day.

Whether it’s taking a boat ride, hiking, playing basketball, horseback riding, listening to your favorite records, getting coffee, going on a picnic, or writing out your vows, these activities let me capture moments that feel real & cinematic. The result is a visual story that truly reflects who you are.

To be fair to all couples, I book on a first-come, first-served basis. After our consultation call, I'll send over your contract & booking confirmation. Your date isn’t officially reserved until the contract is signed & the deposit is paid. If another couple completes their booking before you, they get priority for that date. Once your contract & booking confirmation are completed, I will text you with a confirmation!!

Don’t worry! I always have a backup plan. Whether we need to move indoors, adjust the schedule, or embrace the elements, I’ll make sure your photos turn out stunning no matter what.

Payment is simple. You’ve already secured your date with a deposit. You can pay the remaining balance in one of two ways:
Up to 6 installments, with the final payment due 1 month before your wedding day.
A full, final payment 5 months before your date.
By default, your payment will be set to the second option. If you’d prefer the installment plan, just let me know!

Absolutely! I love capturing moments with your pets. Just let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Life happens, & I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just reach out as soon as possible. We’ll work together to find the best solution.

I want to keep stress low, so here’s what you need to know:
I always carry a backup camera & lens during weddings & elopements. If something breaks, I’ll be back up and running in about ten minutes.
Post-event, I take every precaution to protect your photos, but I understand concerns about stolen gear, SD card malfunctions, or other issues. While I don’t expect it, if something does go wrong, I’m committed to making it right. Whether that means rescheduling a shoot or offering a free session later, I’ll do whatever it takes to ensure you have the best experience.

How & When Should I Contact You?
Texting or FaceTime is my favorite way to communicate, but I’m happy to adapt to whatever works best for you!
Feel free to text me anytime—you don’t need to worry about the time of day. I’ve set my notifications only to alert me when I can respond. I aim to reply within 24 hours, 48 hours at the latest. If you don’t hear back from me within that time, please don’t hesitate to reach out again!
Here’s my general communication schedule:
Mon-Tues: 8am-6pm CST
Wednesday: This is my day off, so you can expect to hear from me on Thursday.
Thurs-Fri: 8am-6pm CST
Sat-Sun: My schedule varies depending on if I’m shooting, but I’ll always reply within 48 hours.
